Terms of Service

1. What the service is — rental, not sale

TamMeta rents you the right to receive messages sent to a phone number, for the period you select at checkout, up to 90 days.

• · The number does not become yours. When the rental ends, the number returns to the pool and may be rented by someone else.
• · You can only read messages sent to that number. The service does not send messages or place calls.
• · The service is for lawful use: receiving verification codes, signing up for online services, two-factor authentication, recovering your own accounts, and application testing.

2. Prohibited conduct

Using a rented number for any of the following is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• · Fraud, misappropriation of property, or impersonating any person or organisation;
• · Sending spam, harassing messages, or threatening others;
• · Distributing malware, viruses or spyware, or attacking any system;
• · Registering or activating services that are unlawful in your jurisdiction;
• · Violating privacy or unlawfully collecting other people’s information;
• · Circumventing the account protections of another person;
• · Any other conduct that breaks applicable Vietnamese or international law.

Where we find a violation, we may immediately reclaim the rented number, suspend the account without refunding the remaining balance, and cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.

3. Disclaimer

• · We accept no responsibility where you deliberately use a number for an unlawful purpose. All legal, civil and criminal liability arising from such conduct rests with the user.
• · We are not liable for indirect losses caused when a third party (a platform, carrier or number supplier) changes its policy, or suspends or restricts an account, outside our control.
• · We do not guarantee that every platform will accept a rented number. A platform may refuse a number it considers virtual, and that is outside our control.
• · The user is solely responsible for any content or data they create or receive while using a rented number.

4. User responsibilities

• · Use rented numbers only for lawful purposes;
• · Do not share, resell or transfer a message link to a third party for unlawful use;
• · Do not use a rented number to register accounts impersonating another person;
• · Keep your password and API key secure.

5. Payment and refunds

• · Account balances are held in USD. Top up with USDT or bank transfer; funds are credited automatically.
• · If no message arrives before the waiting period ends, the system refunds your balance automatically.
• · Once at least one message has arrived, the order is complete and is not refundable.
• · Account balances cannot be converted back into cash.

6. Message data

• · We store messages sent to your rented number so you can read them again during the rental period.
• · Each number’s private link stops working when the rental ends.
• · We do not use your message content for any purpose other than showing it to you.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.
